The house I really wanted went into contract the day before I went to see it, So we looked at other homes but as soon as the house we wanted the buyers backed out and she made an appointment before she even call me and asked if I was still interested.. so with that being said I did get the house I really wanted because she acted so fast!!!!!!!!!! We were looking for a place to move to back in 2020 after living in an apartment complex that wasn't safe to live. We went out searching for a place when we came across a house on Jefferson Street. The agent that showed us the house was God sent. Lauren Sharp was our Angel. We took a look at the house and immediately was not pleased. Lauren said she has another house on Crocus St but it is a little more in rent. We looked at it anyway. And fell in love with it. Lauren told us it was first come first serve. We DID NOT want to live in the place we were at any longer. Surely we had to go through all the process. So we moved into our rental August 2020. And August 2021 we were offered to buy the house. We moved into our forever home and we are now the new owners. Thank you Lauren for being there for us God sent us to you and you to us.
